This page documents the administration of the open source project.
The following persons currently have administrative rights:

GitHub
We usually use pull requests for new contributors. If some one needs write access to the repository to merge pull-requests then add him as a contributor

- Enter Github ID
- "Add Collaborator"
Administrative rights allows some one to do basically everything. This right should be limited to the project owners!
To add administrative rights in GitHub:
- https://github.com/orgs/Educama/people
- "Invite Member"
- Enter Github ID
- Select "Owner"
- Click "Send Invitation"
Confluence / JIRA
Anyone who registers automatically receives write access to the documentation and ticketing system.
Administrative rights may be given but should be limited to the project owners:
- https://educama.atlassian.net/admin/apps
- Click on registered user
- Add groups:
administrators
jira-administrators
site-admins
Backups can be created manually here:
Pivotal Cloud Foundry
We're deploying to IBM Bluemix which has a cloud foundry interface. Martin Schmollinger manages the environment.
JFrog Artifactory
As our repository/package manager JFrog Artifactory is used. The instance is available under: https://educama.jfrog.io/educama/webapp/
