What did we do well?

  • The tasks were distributed good in the developer team
  • The collaboration between the developer team was good
  • Although the Pull-Request is not integrated yet the Sprint result was good
  • The organisation of the developer team was good
  • Good progress of the developer in understanding the frontend

What should we have done better?

  • The integration of the Commits didn't work
  • Before the Pull Request is sent the Commits should be reviewed
  • The Sprint review presentation should be held by different team members (Not same one all the time)
  • Helpful files should be distributed and Pull Requested (e.g. batch-file to start the EDUCAMA application local)

Actions

  • Integration of the Pull Request should be done at least once a week (If the quality of the included Commits is good) Tobias Schäfer, Dennis Lehmann
