Complete Shipment Order (Human Task)

Description

This task includes all information regarding a transportation request. This includes the customer data (sender, receiver), information regarding the goods as well as the services selected by the customers.

For example, this dialog box could be built like a Wizzard with a Page Flow (see Wireframes). The user is guided through three steps.

In the first step, the receiver and sender customer data are given as well as information regarding the customer that initiated the order (Auftraggeber).

Through a central management the system must provide the customer data.

For both customers (Absender, Empfänger)  the following data may be entered: customer name, city, address while the system searches for suggestions (with autocomplete in google).

In case a fitting option is discovered, the entire address is shown to the corresponding field.

If a customer does not exist yet, then a new entry may be created with the "Neu" button. Here we only provide the description of the dialog, as it is still not available.

Compulsory Information: Sender and Receiver (Absender und Empänger )

In the next step we provide information regarding the goods to be transported. The information are rudimentary but considered adequate for this particular use case.

Compulsory Information: Currently none for this task.

In the last step we enter information regarding the services that the customer wishes. We assume, that the customer is not limited to the import, and wishes to have more services organised by the Logistic Services Provider (LSP).

The flight is always a part of the desired services (as it is the required part from the customer). At a later point in time this may be removed. However, the removal will also have consequences to the Case Model, because the LSP will also require information regarding the flight, if the only selected task is the export (as they need to know the place to receive the goods).

Compulsory information: None at this point (a state "undefined" is at this point not considered, therefore we assume, that not selected services are not wished for).
